The Graduation Thesis Defense in 2018 was held at room 417 and room 420B in the building of Engineering Research Center for Nanomaterials on June 19-20, 2018. A total of 2 Ph.D. candidates and 28 master candidates participated in their thesis defense. Five chairmen of the defense were Prof. Wei Feng, Prof. Tianxi Liu, Prof. Xiaobo Wang, Prof. Shaokui Cao, Prof. Zhongjun Li, from Tianjin University, Donghua University, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics and Zhengzhou University, respectively.

Each candidate provided oral presentation to introduce their research background, methodology, research achivements. After a full question-answer discussion with the chairmen and experts, 2 Ph.D. candidates, Juan Li and Yamin Cheng passed their dissertation defense, and 28 M.Phil candidates passed their thesis defense, successfully.
