On the morning of Nov. 26th, 2019, the Engineering Research Center for Nanomaterials invited Prof. Yapei Wang, who is from Renmin University of China to give academic reports. The report was hosted by Prof. Jinsheng Song; the teachers and students from the Engineering Research Center for Nano Materials, Key Laboratory for Special Functional Materials, Natural Medicine Key Laboratory, and School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering participated in the report.

Wang’s lecture mainly focused on the material synthesis and device fabrication for the near-infrared (NIR) photodetectors. He also showed some successful examples for the practical application for these NIR photodetectors.
