On October 24, 2019, Kaifu Huo at Huazhong University of Science and Technology was invited to ERCN for a lecture entitled “How to publish a SCI paper?” Professor Huo mainly introduced why we write academic papers and how to write high-quality academic papers. Then，he shared the writing skills about academic papers, including the title, abstract, experimental data, picture making, conclusion, reference and other aspects of the paper.

Kaifu Huo works at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include energy storage, functional ceramics, bioceramics, high-performance lithium (sodium) ion batteries, and so on. Up to now, he has published more than 100 SCI papers in famous international journals. He is also an associate editor of Nanscience and Nanotechnology Letters.
